The project consists of the construction of a new membrane filtration plant and a new membrane filtration building. Housed in the building will be 3 membrane filtration units, plate settlers, water treatment chemicals and a chlorine gas room. Renovations to existing facilities include the addition of new pumping facilities and modification of the existing intake on Sandy Creek. Also included are the addition of new and modifications to existing underground piping and the construction of a new submersible wastewater pump station.
