TECHNOLOGY


We use cutting edge technology from our bulldozers to our boardroom, which means we are always looking for better ways to work for you. In this age of technology, trying to do heavy construction the way it’s always been done would paralyze us. Innovation inspires our people, improves our quality, and helps us meet and exceed your goals. 
From outfitting our CAT equipment with GPS sensors, to using drones for land surveying, to providing our staff with software that communicates directly from the field to the office, using the advancements that are available to us increases our productivity while decreasing errors, wasted time, and miscommunication. 

SAFETY


Our safety protocols are the best in the industry, and we’re proud to say our safety program has buy-in from every level of the company. We are confident in this claim because everyone from laborers to executives works together to create and uphold these protocols.‍

After winning the Contractor of the Year Safety Award from Caterpillar in 2013, we have not rested on the success of that year’s program. We are constantly evaluating and improving, listening to input from every division and every office, and rewarding our employees for their commitment.

Our carpenters, operators, and laborers have years of experience in their respective fields. We have a Structural PE, a Construction PE, and land surveyors on staff.
